These placeholder terms outline the structure of the agreement between you and Monkeys Ecom. Final wording will be prepared and legally reviewed before launch.

1. Accounts

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Purchases & payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. The program is a one-time purchase; membership is a recurring subscription you can cancel at any time. Pricing and payment options are shown before you pay.

3. Access & licence

On purchase we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content for your own learning. You may not share, resell or redistribute the content or your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform or Discord community, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

5. No guarantees

Monkeys Ecom is educational. We make no representations or guarantees about income, earnings or specific results — outcomes depend on your own effort, market and circumstances.

6. Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act where they apply.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, branding and materials remain the property of Monkeys Ecom or its licensors.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. See our refund policy for how refunds are handled.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. The current version always applies.
